14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your course enrolment, you may request a full refund within this period, provided you meet the eligibility criteria outlined below.

Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The refund request must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date
  • You must not have completed more than 25 percent of the course content
  • The request must be made through the original payment method or account used for purchase
  • You must not have violated our Terms of Use or engaged in any fraudulent activity

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number or purchase confirmation email
  3. Include a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund
  4. Allow up to 5-7 business days for processing

We will review your request and respond within 48 hours during business days. Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items and circumstances are not eligible for refunds:

  • Course enrolments where more than 25 percent of content has been completed
  • Refund requests submitted after the 14-day guarantee period
  • Consultation services that have been completed
  • Digital resources that have been downloaded or accessed
  • Accounts that have been suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Use

Partial Refunds

In exceptional circumstances, we may consider partial refunds for course bundles or multiple course purchases. Each case will be evaluated individually based on usage and circumstances. Please contact our support team to discuss your specific situation.

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for purchase
  • Processing time is typically 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider
  • You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been processed
  • Access to course materials will be revoked upon refund completion

Course Access After Refund

Upon successful refund processing, your access to the course materials, community forums, and associated resources will be immediately revoked. You will no longer be able to log in to the course platform or access any downloaded materials.

Disputes and Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Chargebacks may result in account suspension and may affect your ability to enrol in future courses. We are committed to working with you to resolve any concerns fairly and promptly.

Special Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing course materials, or if there are errors in course content, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve these issues promptly, and if resolution is not possible, we will consider refund requests outside the standard 14-day period on a case-by-case basis.

Payment Plan Refunds

For students enrolled in payment plans:

  • Refund eligibility is based on the total amount paid to date
  • Future payment instalments will be cancelled upon refund approval
  • Refunds will be processed for payments already made, minus any applicable processing fees
  • You will not be charged for remaining instalments

Currency and Exchange Rates

All refunds are processed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP), the original currency of purchase. If your payment was made in a different currency, the refund amount will be converted at the exchange rate applicable at the time of refund processing. Any exchange rate differences are the responsibility of the customer.
